1. What kind of services do you apply?
Nefertiti Egypt is a leading export company of distinguished high quality Egyptian / French Antique reproduction furniture.
2. What is your pieces made from?
External structure: Made of massive beach wood imported from Romania, dried in our factory until it reaches 8% humidity.
Body: Massive natural timber of Swedish pine and Massive beach curved at high frequencies.
Veneers: All are natural veneers of walnut, palisander and various kinds of root veneers.
Finish: Craftsman-polished finishes with Polyurethane, available in high glossy, glossy and matte and special finishes: Gold and Hand painted.
Everything with the current normative of quality and respect to the environment.
We emphasize on the quality and finish of all our products. We meticulously inspect each item, step-by-step; to ensure unsurpassed product quality. If, for any reason, you are not 100 % satisfied with the quality and workmanship of any item in your order, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will replace it free in your next order.
The materials used in the production of furniture are chosen with great care: wood, marble, and gilded bronze are used abundantly. The precious inlaid work is also handcrafted by the use of finest woods,
including cherry, walnut and rosewood. Delicate hand-carvings and mounts in gilded metal make the decorative ideas stand out.
3. Are your products consistant?
Craftmanship and quality is guaranteed to your satisfaction. Please note that each furniture item is individually handcrafted. Slight variation in art work between items is to be expected
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept bank wire transfer for wholesale orders.
For samples, we accept Paypal payments via credit card or checking account. Must be Paypal certified.
5. What is expected delivery lead times?
Furniture items manufactured from scratch are typically available for shipping within 8 to 12 weeks from placing the order.
Please contact us for availabilty of the items you wish to order and we will provide you with delivery schedule
6. How much do you charge for shipping? And do you ship overseas?
Our Prices are Free on Board (FOB). We ship our furniture in private containers to the nearest port to your location. We can arrange for CIF at your request. We hold full responsibility for the safety of such merchandise. Also, we carry the shipping cost up to the most convenient port in your country for us. Additional arrangement for transport and fixing goods can be made as per order as per your request. (Such extra service charges will be carried on your account.) Shipping charges are affected by a variety of factors. Nefertiti Egypt is always working to improve the quality and cost of shipping for all customers. Nefertiti Egypt ships worldwide, all available shipping options Destination, type and weight of merchandise ordered and the shipping method(s) you choose determine shipping & handling charges and available shipping Methods. Therefore Nefertiti Egypt reserves all rights to select the most suitable method of shipping for each order from orders combining different product lines. We ship all our various product lines from the same shipping center. When you combine items in your order, your total shipping charges will be less than if you had placed separate orders for the different product lines. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. An additional shipping charge will be applied if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error. Express couriers may require a signature for delivery, do not deliver on weekends and do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Approximate delivery times will be as follows:
A) FedEx 2-4 days (for shipment worldwide).
B) Express mail, or other domestic courier 1-2 days (for shipment inside Egypt).
Please note that these time frames are only estimates (except for shipping methods with a guaranteed delivery time) and apply from the time your order leaves our warehouse, not from the time you place your order.
Nefertiti Egypt may select special courier for some merchandise that may require special packing and shipment. Nefertiti Egypt holds full responsibility for the safety of such merchandise.
Once your order is finalized, we will forward your order information to the shipping company which will provide you with available delivery times and corresponding costs.
7. Insurance, Transportation and Customs Clearance
Ocean freight insurance by the shipping company and Ground freight insurance in destination country are available at your request.
We are very meticulous about packing, however, insurance to cover any damages during transportation is still recommended.
We also have local forwarders covering all United States, Canada, Asia, Europe, Africa and Australia that can provide you with Local Transportation & Customs Clearances Services upon your request
4.What is your return policy?
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original condition.We will issue a refund, less 10% (for processing and handling fees) for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Product information and specifications are located on every product page to allow you to review this information before purchasing.
